  • Overloading, flooding, or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of a message header.
  • Disrupting service to any user, host, or network.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content and activities carried out using your account. You agree to use strong passwords, keep them confidential, and immediately report any unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

Do not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of others. You must have proper rights and licenses to use any content shared via our platform.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

You must not collect or harvest personal data of others without lawful consent. Any violation of data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or Indian IT Act will lead to suspension or termination of access.

Warke Technologies reserves the right to monitor activity and content to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts if violations are detected, with or without prior notice.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any breach of this policy, please notify us immediately at support@warke.in. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action based on severity and impact.

10. Consequences of Violation
