A healthcare training institute offering certification programs for nursing, paramedics, and administrative staff across India was growing fast. With over 5,000 active students and trainers in 20 cities, managing course delivery, exams, and assessments via Zoom and Google Drive had become chaotic. Students complained of disorganized materials, missed classes, and inconsistent grading.

2. The Challenge

The institute needed a structured yet flexible Learning Management System (LMS) that could centralize content, provide live and recorded sessions, track attendance, manage exams, and support multiple user roles. The platform also had to support video hosting, downloadable materials, and certification workflows, while remaining lightweight enough for low-bandwidth rural users.

Faculty also needed tools to monitor student progress and personalize learning—especially for medical modules with hands-on and assessment-driven content.
